We have a 3 month/3 room minimum. This includes the living room, dining room, and 1 bedroom. Lease automatically renews month-to-month after the initial 3 month period.

Yes, all of our applicants must pass credit check to be approved.

We will only need a 20 day notice to terminate the lease and we will schedule the pick up after that notice is met.

Major credit cards are accepted as well as debit cards. We have auto-pay options available for the life of the lease. Saves you from having to remember due dates.

King and Twin bed options are available if the standard Queen does not work for you.

Delivery is available in Montgomery and the surrounding area Monday-Friday. Delivery charge is determined by the delivery distance. In most cases, we can deliver within the next day or 2. Scheduling conflicts may change this back during our busier times.

Housewares packages are available. Pricing is determined by the apartment size.
